Commentary
Rho is the first letter of a name, as there is enough of the sherd preserved to the left of rho, so that another letter would have shown; in this case, we may have here another attestation of the name Ῥύνδαξ or Ῥύνδακος, as we most likely have in 2.1.1 39. If there were other letters to the left of rho with a larger gap between that hypothetical letter and rho, other names would be possible.
